Terms and Conditions
Please discuss all details PRIOR to issuing any payment. This includes information about posing, color choice, general mood/atmosphere, and other such details.
I. TERMS OF USE
A. All rights are reserved for the artist. The artist holds the copyright of the commissioned image. The commissioner receives a license to use the image as detailed in the following terms.
B. The commissioner may freely crop and reupload the commissioned image for non-commercial means. Editing the image (e.g. adding filters, animating, etc.) is only permitted with explicit permission from the artist. Credit to the artist is expected and required in these cases.
C. An additional fee will be applied for commercial use. Commercial use is defined as any use of the image with the intention to generate profit, including but not limited to promotions, branding, etc. Refer to Section II Part C for details.
D. The commissioned image may be freely reuploaded by the artist. The commissioner will be charged an additional fee for the rights to keep the image private. Refer to Section II Part D for details.
E. The artist reserves the right to revoke these permissions granted to the commissioner if any of the terms and conditions have been violated.II. PAYMENT AND PRICING
A. Commissions must be fully paid upfront. The commissioner must only send payment through the agreed payment option.
B. The prices listed are base prices for personal use. The artist reserves the right to use their discretion in charging more for complexity, tight deadlines, nudity, sexual content, higher resolutions, and more.
C. If the commissioner intends to use the image for commercial use as defined in Section I Part C, an additional charge of 50% will be added to the base price. Any further additional costs are left to the artist's discretion as per negotiation.
D. Rights to privacy with respect to the commissioned image will be an additional 2.5x charge of the price, applied in compound last.III. REFUND POLICY
A. The artist will offer to refund the commissioner when and only when, for any reason, the artist is unable to complete the commission.

Character Illustration
Character Illustration includes fully detailed character design + textured/gradient finish
Background optional!

Full body Character
Includes full body colored character with gradients and shading! Applicable for intricate/ complex designs, backgrounds, and art style choices! Multiple characters possible!
B/W LINES
Grayscale lineart which may include shading and gradients!
